During your fundraising campaign, you may occasionally receive a request from a sponsor to update or correct the message they submitted with their sponsorship. This might be due to a spelling mistake, an incorrect business name, or simply because they would like to change the wording of their message.
Sponsor messages are displayed on participant profile pages alongside the sponsorship details, so keeping them accurate helps present your campaign in the best possible light.
Fortunately, updating a sponsor's message is quick and easy. Using the Sponsors section within the administration area, you can locate the relevant sponsorship record, edit the sponsor's message, and save your changes. The updated message will then be displayed on the participant's profile page.
