Not all sponsorship is collected through your Fundmajor website. Many campaigns also receive donations by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We refer to these as Offline Payments.

Recording these payments on your Fundmajor site allows them to be:

• Credited to the correct participant's fundraising page.
• Included in your campaign's overall fundraising total on the homepage.
• Displayed alongside online donations, giving supporters an accurate picture of your campaign's progress.

Offline payments are clearly identified as "Ordered" within the Orders section, making them easy to distinguish from Card payments when carrying out your final reconciliation. Recording an offline payment is quick and straightforward. Simply log in to your Fundmajor site, choose the participant the sponsorship should be credited to, and enter the payment details.
