As excitement builds ahead of this weekend's Offaly GAA Club & County Fundraising Cycle, everyone at Fundmajor would like to wish the very best of luck to all participants, volunteers, organisers and supporters taking part in what promises to be a fantastic community event.

Taking place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 3rd, the fundraising cycle brings together clubs from right across County Offaly in a unique initiative that supports both local clubs and Offaly GAA. Every participant is helping to make a real difference, with funds raised being shared equally between their nominated club and the county board to support the continued development of Gaelic Games throughout Offaly.

A County Working Together

One of the great strengths of the campaign is the way it unites communities. Riders can take part individually or as part of relay teams, while clubs, families, friends and local businesses rally behind them through sponsorship.

The event is about much more than cycling. It is about strengthening clubs, encouraging healthy lifestyles, promoting community spirit and ensuring future generations have access to the facilities, coaching and playing opportunities that make our games so special.

Over 140 Participants Already Registered

The response has been hugely encouraging, with more than 120 participants already signed up and thousands of euro raised before a wheel has even turned. As the final countdown begins, there is still plenty of time for supporters to sponsor a participant and help push the fundraising total even higher.

Whether you're taking on the full route, completing part of the journey as a relay rider, volunteering along the route or simply cheering from the roadside, every contribution helps make the day a success.
